Additional Information:2 story Beaux Art commercial brick building with paneled brick parapet. Charles Schultz was a cigar maker, mayor and state assemblyman (see 113 Elm). At this building he manufactured cigars with as many as 40 men until the cigarette and stronger competition drove the homemade hometown cigar out of business.
