Additional Information:DESIGNED IN THE QUEEN ANNE STYLE AND BUILT IN C. 1900 (SEE BIB. REF. F), THIS TWO AND A HALF-STORY PARSONAGE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE (STUCCOED) FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. PROJECTING FORWARD ON THE FACADE IS A TWO-STORY, THREE-SIDED BAY, WHICH IS CAPPED IN THE ATTIC STORY BY A GABLED ROOF. ANOTHER GABLE ROOF, WHICH ALSO INTERSECTS WITH THE MAIN ROOF IN THE ATTIC STORY, IS SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS AND SHELTERS A SECOND STORY WINDOW. BOTH GABLES DISPLAY DECORATIVE SHINGLES IN THE OPEN GABLE ENDS. A PARTIALLY ENCLOSED FRONT PORCH HAS TUSCAN COLUMN SUPPORTS IN THE OPEN AREA AND A SHINGLED PEDIMENT ABOVE THE MAIN ENTRANCE. A HIP ROOFED SIDE PORCH IS ALSO SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

THIS DWELLING SERVED AS A PARSONAGE TO ST. PAUL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH FROM C. 1900 TO 1925. THE BUILDING, LOCATED AT 414B RIDGE STREET, HAD NOT APPEARED IN TAX ROLLS IN THE YEAR 1925.
