Additional Information: | 2 story frame colonial revival period house. Built by Carlton Smith and his wife Theda Clark Peters, connected with both Menasha Wooden Ard and Kimberly Clark. The Smith home has a significant setback from E. Forest Avenue and is obscured from the roadway by thick foliage. Two attempts were made to secure permission for a photograph; however, both were unsuccessful. Therefore, further research is needed to determine whether or not the home still retains the integrity it possessed in 1982. |
