_____________________
When the Ellenbecker's moved in the daughter of Dr. Frank Everhard lived next door, Catherine.
She shared many wonderful stories about the land on which our house was built was the pasteur for her father's horses, as he was the country doctor.
She invited the Ellenbecker's to meet the "Boody sisters" who were living in town and they shared many wonderful stories of the home, owned by their father, Professor H.P. Boody, professor of English and Public Speaking at Ripon College (1915-1946). He inspired many unknown actors/actresses including the unknown Spencer Tracy, Ripon College class 1924.
1940 Tracy returned for Honorary Degree Ripon College and stayed at the residence.
