IT IS SAID THAT THE CORE OF THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1882 WITH GROUT BLOCKAND THAT IN 1888 IT WA ENLARGED TO ITS PRESENT SIZE. THE DINING ROOM, KITCHEN AND MILK SHED ARE PART OF THE "GROUT HOUSE."
