NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' titled Clintonville North Main Street Residential Historic District exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. This former residence is now occupied as the Eberhardt Funeral Home. Though not always at this location, the funeral home has been in operation in Clintonville since 1914. When established by Roy G. Eberhardt and Oscar J. Hoh, it included a furniture store. Eberhardt and Hoh operated the combination business until 1969, when the furniture store was sold. Hoh retired from the business in 1974 but successive generations of the Eberhardt family have kept ownership in the family. Scott Stevenson became a part owner in 1986.
