Additional Information:Rasmus and Marie Nielson purchased the property for $200.00 in 1896. Martinius and Olga Nielsen bought it for $2,500.00 in 1919. Rupert and Bertha Henes purchased it in1926, but the exact amount is not known. The mortgage was in John and Edna Christian's name for $2,100.00. George and Betty (Rupert and Bertha's daughter) Fahrenkrug moved in with her widowed father in 1948. Betty inherited the house in 1960. The house has been added onto 3 times.
