1996- "This one-and-one-half story, vernacular bungalow rests on a poured concrete foundation; an enclosed, gabled porch extends from the south. The dwelling's lower level is faced with brick, while its gabled upper half-story is sheathed with wooden shingle siding. Modern applications include aluminum windows and doors."
