NOTES
Additional Information:Built in c. 1920 (See Bib. Ref. A), this one and a half-story Craftsman styled house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, an Aluminum sided exterior, a wood trim, and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Intersecting with the main roof in the attic story at the side elevation is a gabled dormer. Eave supports and exposed rafter ends embellish both the dormer roof and the main roof. Projecting forward on the facade is an open-designed porch, whose flat roof is supported by squared colums. Directly above this porch is another second story porch, complete with a wrought iron railing. A small gabled and bracketed door hood shelters the door opening onto this particular porch. A sun room faces west. This residence is in good condition.

Margaret Waters was an individual associated with this dwelling in 1925. (See Bib. Ref. A).
