NOTES
Additional Information:The building is a two-story stucco Prairie School style house with a hipped roof and deep overhanging eves. A recessed side volume has an enclosed entrance and a front first-level porch was closed with new windows. The house has original wood details typical of the style and original wood windows on the second level. The roof has asphalt shingles. 2022: This two-story, stucco, Prairie-style house was constructed in 1920. It is of frame construction with a rectangular plan on an unknown foundation. The hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features wide, wood, boxed eaves and two interior brick chimneys. Ornamental wood trim adorns the cornice, windows, enclosed porch, and entryway. The windows are mostly original, wood, casements. The front (northeast) facade features a partial-width porch that has been enclosed with modern, sliding windows. The front entry is off-center and slightly recessed, with a decorative wood awning, original wood door, and a small, vertical, fixed window with heavy wood trim, characteristic of the style. The house is set back on a steep embankment, accessible from the street by a set of poured concrete steps and walkway. The records of local and state historical societies, historic aerials, and county assessor data were consulted in property research. No information regarding the history or ownership of the property was available.
