Additional Information: | An altered Pre-shingle style house with a Colonial revival vernacular. The house closely resembles the H.G.H. Reed house in Oshkosh, also built in 1886. John Davis was founder of the Winnebago Paper Company (later the Bergstrom Paper Co.), was a wagon maker and later flour miller with C.W. Howard. This property was last surveyed in 1981 using the City Engineer's Base Map with the code 1/25. |
