ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SIGNIFICANCE: FEATURES OF THIS GREEK REVIVAL HOUSE INCLUDE CLAPBOARD SIDING, RETURNED EAVES, TWO-STORY CORNER PILASTERS, LINTELS, AND A WIDE FRIEZE BAND. THE FRONT DOOR AND POSSIBLY THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN ALTERED. Rehabilitation included new siding, modern windows, and a one-story wing addition on the north elevation. 2013- "This two-story Greek Revival house (AHI# 65992) was built in 1880. It is clad with vinyl siding. The building has two-story corner pilasters, return eaves, and asphalt shingles on the roof. A recent rehabilitation added a one-story wing extension to the north elevation.
