Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL STATEMENT:
A QUEEN ANNE DESIGN WHOSE BASIC MASSING IS REPEATED AT 529 ALGOMA (WN 28/34). THE COMBINATION OF GABLE FORMS WITH A CYLINDRICAL TOWER FORM WAS POPULARIZED PRIMARILY BY E. E. STEVENS, IN OSHKOSH. THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THIS TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL DESIGN IS THE BUCKSTAFF HOUSE LOCATED AT 1212 WASHINGTON AVE. (OS 9/20).

HISTORICAL STATEMENT:
WILLIAM BEDWARD WAS A CONDUCTOR FOR THE LAKESHORE RAILWAY AND LATER, FOR THE CHICAGO AND NORTHWESTERN AS A BRAKEMAN. (A)
