Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL STATEMENT: THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE POPULAR, LOCAL INTERPRETATION OF THE COLONIAL REVIVAL. THE HOUSE IS TWO STORIES WITH A FULL ATTIC UNDER THE GABLES. THE MAIN GABLE FEATURES A PROJECTING PEAK AND A WINDOW COMPOSITION WITH BALUSTRADE. THE FRONT PORCH EXTENDS ACROSS THE FACADE, ABUTTING A CIRCULAR CORNER BAY. A COMMON HOUSE DESIGN IN OSHKOSH, DATING FROM THE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY. HOUSE IS TWO AND ONE HALF STORIES, FRAME CONSTRUCTION WITH CLASSICALLY DERIVED DETAILS. HISTORICAL STATEMENT: KIEL WAS A VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE WESTERN RELIEF ASSOCIATION. (A)
