Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL STATEMENT:
THE EDUCATIONAL CENTER IS A THREE STORY RED BRICK STRUCTURE WITH CENTRAL PAVILION MARKED BY THREE STORY BAY WINDOWS TERMINATING IN A CRENELLATED PATTERN. THE CENTRAL ENTRANCE IS ELABORATELY FRAMED WITH THE ARCHED OPENING CAPPED BY TRACERY PATTERNS.
THIS THREE STORY BRICK BUILDING HOUSES AN ELEMENTARY AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL AS WELL AS THE EDUCATION OFFICES.
HISTORICAL STATEMENT:
SWART HALL WAS NAMED AFTER A LONG-TIME FACULITY MEMBER IN THE EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT, ROSE C. SWART.
