Additional Information: | A corner porch capped by a tent roof, a "wrap-around" veranda, and prominent shingled gables characterize this Queen Anne residence. According to the 1976 inventory card, this home was built by Chris Speth, who also constructed a similar residence at 123 Highland Street, 9/25. Unfortunately, the tax assessment records for Belmont (1870-1940) are unavailable; thus the date of construction and original owner are unverified. |
