| Additional Information: | The WHS waived its 30 day raze notice on 6/9/2009 for the garage. This diminutive Norman Revival-influenced house is typical of the designs proposed in the 1920s by the Small House Service Bureau. Typical of the style is the use of stucco with half-timbering, projecting gable, location of main entrance in a round tower capped with a conical roof. Sid Willis was the builder. Lloyd Carpenter was a cleaner and dyer and Winifred was a bookkeeper at the Parker Pen Company. |
