Additional Information:This Prairie School boat house was built in 1902 [MK]. It features a stucco and board exterior, a board trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Presently intact, more research is needed as to the boathouse's history. Field notes claim "Russel Spencer Marker: Charles Ayer." [S].
