Additional Information: | This Spanish Colonial Revival styled house was designed by architect Edward Tanner of Kansas City and was built in 1936. [I]. It features a clapboard and stucco exterior, and a wood shingled multi-gabled roof. A second story balcony is detailed with porch columns, a balustrade and modillion-like brackets from above and exposed rafter ends from beneath. The residence is intact and in excellent condition. When it was first built, it was, according to one owner, being described as the "Monterey" style. |
