Additional Information:A two story Prairie/Shingle style house on a rock-faced concrete block foundation and with wide bracketed eaves, hip roof dormer, stucco and wooden shingle siding and hip roof porch with wooden pier supports. In remarkably original condition.

Built for Edward Smith's only son as a retirement home. Source B/C.

The house was previously surveyed in 1996 with a map code of 120/7 on a City Base Map. The 2004 map code is 155/34a.
