Additional Information: | This one story Craftsman styled house features a variety of exterior materials including stucco, brick, wood and stone. The gabled roof is asphalt shingled with dormers. These dormers are gabled and contain bargeboards and knee braces - braces which support wide overhaning eaves. These decorative elements are idential to those found on the main roof. The front porch is situated off center and has an enclosed design. Sidelights flank the porch entrance and tapered pilasters rest on tall masonry bases. The residence, which represents an example of the "Clyde" model, is no longer intact, having been severly remodeled in 1987 when a second story was added. |
