NOTES
Additional Information:Another map code is 84, found on the DOT map.

This is a two story Italianate and Craftsman styled house with a brick foundation, a clapboard exterior, and an asphalt shingled hip roof. Distinguishing the main roof's eave line are paired brackets - a recurring element found also on the porches and the bay window. The front porch is open designed and detailed with tapering craftsman piers on brick bases, and a clapboarded railing. Another smaller porch is similarly decorated. Pointed arch pediments distinguish the segmentally arched windows and doors, and a transom appears above the front door. Frieze boards, corner boards and bays are other architectural elements. The residence is intact and in excellent condition.
