ARCHITECTURALLY SIGNIFICANT BECAUSE OF ITS INTACT STATE. CONSTRUCTION OF THIS BUILDING WAS BEGIN BY GUSTAF NETH, WHO OPERATED A TAVERN FOR A SHORT WHILE BEFORE THE CONTRACTOR SUED HIM. THE BUILDING WAS COMPLETED BY NETH'S BROTHER-IN-LAW, AFTER NETH WAS JAILED FOR FORGERY. |
