Additional Information:SINCE THIS HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY SURVEYED IN 1977 ITS CLAPBOARD WALLS HAVE BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL AND A LARGE MODERN ADDITION HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE REAR. THIS HOUSE WAS RESURVEYED AND REPHOTOGRAPHED IN 2004 IN CONJUNCTION WITH A SEC. 106 SURVEY OF STH 15 (FORMERLY STH 76)WisDOT #6430-06-00).

This one-and-one-half-story house was previously clad in clapboard with wood shingles in the gable ends; it is now covered with vinyl siding. The facade features a small half-width front porch that terminates in a circular element that was crowned with a conical roof. The original windows have all been replaced.
