Additional Information: | HENRY FERGE WAS THE BUILDER. Two and one half story structure with brick siding. Gable roof with eave to street, gable dormers. Enclosed front entrance porch with flat roof. Addition of two stories with flat roof and entranceway. Extremely unusual example of a brick double flat in nearly original condition. This building is designed in a comparatively literal interpretation of Georgian Revival with a formal entrance, symetrical facade, corbelled brickwork to simulate quoins, and small gable dormers. |
