This four-story concrete building is fireproof constructed with a white terra cotta tile veneer. The first floor was altered in 1966 by the addition of a mosaic mural. Businesses who occupied this building included Jung (liquor wholesaler) form 1906 to 1919, Val Blatz, Jr. candy company, in c. 1922 and Columbia Knitting in c. 1928. (B).
