This three-story flat roofed building features round arched arcades and a round oculus at the upper level. 1903 is the date on the building.

"The Madison Candy Company was founded in 1899 and was first located in the "machinery row." This building, designed by John Nader, was constructed in 1903 and occupied the following year. Sugar was brought in by the carload, thus explaining its location."
