It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. Moved to this site in 1957.

The structure was moved here in 1957 from the west shore of teh Lake Butte des Morts where it had been constructed by Oshkosh architect William waters as a summer home known as "Lindenwood" about 1893. By 1896, it was being used as a summer resort. After being moved in 1957, it as used in the 1960's and 1970's as the Mansion restaurant.
