Established in 1869 by John Glatz and Christian Elser. Until 1879 known as Union Brewery until Glatz bought out partner. It operated as Glatz Brewery until 1894 when it combined with the Horn and Schwalm Brewery to form the Oshkosh Brewing Co. Operations stopped in the 1911 era and site demolished c. 1914. Site is now part of city park with landscaping features. Site consists of two caverns, stone terraces, wall.
