2008- "The Annason Apartment Building is a previously-surveyed resource already in the Architecture History Inventory. It is an
outstanding Art Deco style building designed by architect Julius Leiser and built in 1930. The building bas not changed, but the
WHPD data base was incorrect, listing the building in the City of Milwaukee rather than the Village of Shorewood. The data base
was corrected and updated as part of this survey, but no new survey card was produced, since the survey card had the correct
information and the appearance of the building is unchanged."
