Brick hood moldings remain over the three second story windows, however, the windows are rectangular replacements. The building has been painted and storefront altered. Among several other uses, 102 was the home of the Northwestern Printing Company from at least 1890 to 1894 when it moved into its own building on State Street.

Demolished prior to 2006 survey.
