Additional Information:A two story brick Italianate building with segmentally arched windows covered with brick hood moldings. Pilasters mark original store and stair divisions. Facade design typical of Water's early commercial buildings. Alteration of the storefront and cornice detract from the appearance of this design. Compare to 106-108 N. Main St. (WN 30/8) and 120-124 N. Main St. (OS 11/19).

H.B. Jackson, owner in 1875. Two stores to be occupied by Commercial Bank and P.Z. Wilson (hardware) and Jackson and Halsey law office on second floor. Two stories high and vault $5000. Previously surveyed 1978; map name: Large Scale, map code: 10/28.
