DESCRIPTION
This group of agricultural buildings includes as animal barn/ stable constructed in 1884 and remodled in 1928. This barn has a multi-gabled roof, clapboard and board and batten siding, and a fieldstone foundation. An octagonal cupola sits at the to of the rear section of the building.

ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SIGNIFICANCE
The original 1884 structure was remodeled in 1928. The architect in charge of the remodling was T.S. Van Alyea.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
This building is part of a farm building as the Little Meadowmere Farm. It is a local landmark, designated in 1983. The farm was owned by Harriet and Martin Fladoes in the 1930s. She was a sister of General Billy Mitchell.
