Additional Information: | It was built by Forrest W. Kingsbury, who was a city constable. He sold the house to attorney LeRoy J.N. Murat (1875-1942) around 1902. Murat owned the home until at least 1940. Later owners include John Murat, James L. Murat and Peter Murat. The house restored around 1985. |
