Brodhead's junior high school, a cream and red brick building, is a Neo-classical structure with projecting central pavilions, corner pilasters, and a denticulated cornice.

The first educational structure constructed by the Brodhead school district was erected on this location in 1868. In 1907 it was replaced by the present building which was enlarged in 1939. Currently the junior high school is located here.
