Additional Information:Two and one half story Early Picturesque building of masonry with hipped roof, square cupola, one-bay entrance porch and two story hipped roof wing with enclosed porch. Built by John H. Leuthold (1821-1909), a Swiss immigrant who came to the U.S. in 1857, the house was one of the nicest in the township. Leuthold became a prosperous farmer and land owner; he died in this house in October, 1909. The house was later owned by the Aanstad family.
