Additional Information:1993: This two-story, gabled ell farmhouse has a stone foundation and is clapboard clad.The roof is covered with composition shingles. A gable-roofed addition has been appended to the rear of the wing. The residence features a shed-roofed porch with heavy turned posts and a cottage window on the first floor of the front-facing gable. Little remodeling of the residence has occurred. Several outbuildings are located on the property, including a gable-roofed bank barn with milkhouse, a small animal barn with an assymetrical gabled roof topped with a cross gable cupola ventilator, three smaller sheds, two metal machine sheds, a metal Quonset hut machine shed, a vertical board, gable-roofed machine shed an a poor state of repair, and three silos. The residence was built c. 1889 for M. Thier (Thear). The property was subsequently owned by Frank Kramer in the early part of the twentieth century.
