Additional Information: | 1993: This is a two-story, gable-roofed bungalow with a cutaway closed-rail front porch was a newer hipped-roof addition added to the east elevation and a deck built on the back. A gable-roofed dormer projects from the roof in the front and a hipped-roofed dormer is found in the rear. The wide eaves are supported by brackets with knee braces. Remodeling includes the side addition and deck. The barn is constructed of vertical board with an arched roof, shed-roofed dormers, and a milkhouse appended on the west side. other outbuildings include a machine shed and two silos. The residence was constructed c.1912, probably for O. Jahsmann (Jasman), who owned the property for the early part of the twentieth century. |
