NOTES
Additional Information:This small two story building has a facade of red bricks probably added around 1900. The cornice is trimmed with rectangular stonework in a pattern that resembles brackets. Under each piece of stone trim is a shallow brick pilaster. Stone surrounds the three second story openings. In between the openings are shallow stone pilasters. The openings are filled with modern single light sashes. The storefront has been modernized.

This building contributes to the architectural significance of the Main Street Historic District because its second story has very interesting Classical Revival detail. The building contributes to the historical significance of the district as a long-time commercial building in downtown Waupaca.
