NOTES
Additional Information:DESCRIPTION
This two and one-half story cross gable has details from the Classical Revival style. It has a steeply-pitched intersecting gable roof, clapboard siding, and wood shingles in the gables. A denticulated belt course seperates the first and the second floors. There are shallow bays on the sides of the house. Windows are largly single-pane double-hung sashes and some are topped with corinice hoods. On the front facade the first and second story windows are large single lights and transoms. This house was once part of a large farm. The agricultural outbuildings are no longer extant.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
This house was owned by Charles Koopman between 1892 and 1931. [a]
