Additional Information:One-and-one-half story house, asymmetrical in design, has an upright wing to the right and a less tall ell wing to the left. Some original brick details that ornament the window openings in the one-story polygonal bay window that occupies the first story of the upright wing are still intact (2004).

SINCE THIS HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY SURVEYED IN 1973 ITS FRONT PORCH AND ATTACHED GARAGE HAVE BEEN REMODELED. THIS HOUSE WAS RESURVEYED AND REPHOTOGRAPHED IN 2004 IN CONJUNCTION WITH A SEC. 106 SURVEY OF STH 15 (FORMERLY STH 76)WisDOT #6430-06-00).

SANBORN MAPS SHOW THAT THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT PRIOR TO 1894.
