Additional Information:In 1892 published as Shingle; now Georgian Revival. Interior looks like it may have been a Shingle. Locally known as the oldest country club in Wisconsin.

Clubhouse and pro shop severely damaged by arson in 1991. Rest was razed and new clubhouse constructed.
