| Additional Information: | 2012: Iron railing removed from porch roof. This two-story gable-ell house is built of brick that has been painted. It has a steeply-pitched intersecting gable roof, single-pane double-hung sashes decorated with flat raised segmental arches, and an enclosed porch. A sunroom additon extends from one side of the house. Also on the property are the ruins of a limestone rubble silo (AHI #72878). The silo was constructed with limestone rubble, an unusual material for the silos in this city. Most of the extant silos in Mequon are constructed of concrete or covered tile. |
