1995- "House, VE25/35. This fine, highly intact brick Prairie School style house was built between 1922 and 1933 for an as yet unidentified owner and it is possibly a design of noted La Crosse architect Percy Dwight Bentley. It is potentially eligible for listing in the NRHP for architecture. Note: this building will be located within the APE only if the Rusk Avenue alternative for Option 3N is chosen."
