This Queen Anne style residence, now apartments, remains in excellent condition, with its original siding, belt course and bracketing under the eaves, etc. The gables retain their shingles, although the fenestration on the third floor has been altered, and the tower may have been lowered. The porch at NW corner appears to be an addition. Lawrence E. Cunningham was a member of the firm Cuningham Brothers, formed in 1874 as general contractors and builders in Beloit. He died in 1924.
