NOTES
Additional Information:Sanborn-Perris maps show that this clapboard-clad Bungalow style house was built between 1911 and 1938. There is also a garage designed in the same style located to the rear of the lot.

1995- Sanborn maps show that this small, intact, one-and-a-half-story rectilinear plan Bungalow style house was built between 1911 and 1938 for an as yet unknown owner. The house has a front gable design, a brick-clad foundation, its exterior walls are clad in clapboards, and it is sheltered by a jerkin head gable roof that is covered in asphalt shingles. Windows are generally four-over-one-light double hung wood sash, although narrow casement windows of similar design are located in the ell that makes up the left-hand corner of the building's northeast-facing main facade.

2018: "This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed c.1925. It has a brick foundation, clapboard siding, and front jerkinhead roof. The fa9ade features a one-story front gable bay at each end, with the southern bay projecting slightly outward toward South Main Street. The front entrance is located near the center of the fa9ade on the north-facing wall of the projecting bay. Within each gable bay and centered beneath the front jerkinhead is a grouping of wood sash windows. The roof has wide overhangs with open eaves."
