NOTES
Additional Information:1995 - Sanborn maps show that this intact, rectilinear plan one-and-a-half-story Craftsman style-influenced Bungalow style house was built prior to 1938 for an as yet unknown owner. The house has a side gable design, a concrete foundation, its exterior walls are clad in two widths of clapboards, and it is sheltered by a gable roof that is covered in asphalt shingles, has wide overhanging eaves supported by knee braces, and which features a large gableroofed dormer that faces southeast. Windows are generally four-over-one-light double hung wood sash and the dominant feature of the building is the character-defining fullwidth front porch, which spans the southeast-facing main facade and whose roof is an extension of the slope of the main roof. The only significant change to the house has been to this porch, whose original openings have now been filled with smaller modern windows.

2018: "This one-and-one-half-story Craftsman-style bungalow was constructed c.1920. It has a rectangular footprint, concrete foundation, clapboard siding, and side gable roof with center front gable dormer. Craftsman-style details include four-over-one wood sash windows and widely overhanging eaves with triangular knee braces. The first story of the facade is a full-width screened porch. The top corners of the porch openings are angled. The bottom five courses of siding on the front and sides of the building are wider boards."
