Additional Information: | Reputedly, this building and the building next door at 1725 Henry Street were once one building located on the corner of Terrace Avenue and Parmenter Street (the Richard Green House). When a new building was built on that lot, the old building was cut in half and reassembled on Henry Street as two buildings. In 1908, both of these houses were owned by W.F. Pierstorff, who had owned this plat as unimproved land previously. 2024: Porch removed and enclosed, hipped-roof porch (or living space) constructed in its place. |
