An 1893 map of Harrison Township indicates Michael Schreiber as the owner of the property. Michael Schreiber was born in Germany in 1836, and arrived to the United States in 1867. Both the 1895 and 1905 census schedules list him as a farmer, which he shared with his wife Anna. The 1920 census schedule indicates Michael Schreiber as a renter; it is possible that by 1920 the Schreiber Family no longer resided at the property, as a 1920 map indicates Clemens Ciski as the owner of the property. However, by 1930, the property was once again back in the ownership of the Schreiber Family, this time under Michael Schreiber's son, also named Michael. Coincidentally, a 1961 map indicates the property owner as Clemens Ciski. A 1976 map indicates John Davies as the owner of the property.
