NOTES
Additional Information:Originally a one-story brick building with 5 segmental arches and a wooden canopy over the sidewalk; the later second story had multi-centered arches over double-hung windows. The existing cornice is original. The first floor was altered in 1936, the canopy added in 1958. The side is pierced by flat-arched windows. A recent one-story wing with vertical board and batten siding is not compatible with the district.

This building housed a hardware store in the north half for many years, and a drug store in the south half to the present day.

2019 - Resurveyed - appearance altered: replacement windows on east and north elevations.
